Security of POS payments and sensitive data
OnePosCloud ensures the highest levels of security for the entire value chain, from payments to data processing.
The entire end-to-end solution is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified: from cloud infrastructure to connections, from software to management and support services. All POS payments made online are executed in 3D Secure mode.
OnePosCloud processes purchaser data in encrypted form and does not store sensitive payment data (e.g. credit card numbers). Agomir does not record or store sensitive purchaser data.
3-stage development

Resellers and developers identify the retailer's needs. Agomir and NCR provide specifications for OnePosCloud integration and free support during the design and development phase.

The developers apply the specifications in the customer's management system, Agomir provides the test environment and directs the connections with the various operators based on the services chosen.

The pilot version of OnePosCloud is first launched at one checkout point and then extended to all terminals in use.

Connection from the retailer to the cloud using your data centre's VPN or the retailer's own VPN, or over the Internet

Product support and updates
Agomir provides you with system and application support for the entire service.
Support is provided in Italian or English, 7 days a week, from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. Depending on the customer’s needs, a 24-hour support service can be activated.
Platform infrastructure updates are performed proactively. Software houses and resellers do not need to install anything; the WEMS Agent tool automatically updates the WinEPTS client that communicates with the cash register software and the PIN pad firmware.
Our support also includes the supply of everything that complements the infrastructure: hardware, accessories, peripherals and consumables.
Each contract is flexible and has a Service Level Agreement to be agreed upon based on the customer’s needs.

If Agomir also supplied the PIN pad and hardware, assistance can be provided either at the centre (the terminal is sent to Agomir) or on site (a local maintenance technician is sent to the location). The services provided depend on the assistance contract in place.
